摘    要:以自然放牧草地为对照,对围栏草地和耕地2种利用方式下干旱草原土壤总有机碳、碳水化合物碳含量和土壤团聚体稳定性进行了测定.与自然放牧地相比较,围栏草地土壤总有机碳和碳水化合物碳含量显著增加;耕种土壤总有机碳含量变化不明显,但碳水化合物碳含量显著降低.与自然放牧地相比较,围栏放牧草地土壤团聚体稳定性变化不明显,而耕种土壤团聚体稳定性显著降低.据此认为,在耕地利用方式下土壤团聚体稳定性的显著降低,与土壤碳水化合物碳含量的显著降低密切相关.

Abstract:This work was designed to investigate the changes in total soil organic carbon and carbohydrate content and their relations to soil aggregate stability under different land use types in dry grassland induced by cultivation and intensive-grazing, compared with extensive-grazing. Intensive-grazing significantly increased soil organic C and carbohydrate content;cultivation did not influence total organic C,but significantly decreased carbohydrate content in soil compared with extensive-grazing,cultivation significantly reduced soil aggregate stability but intensive-grazing did not in this study. We concluded the substantial reduction in aggregate stability under cultivation land use was closely related to the decrease in carbohydrate content in soils.
