摘    要:利用口蹄疫病毒(FMDV)3ABC抗体间接ELISA方法(3ABC-I-ELISA),检测了接种病毒牛、羊、猪和同居牛、羊、猪FMDV非结构蛋白3ABC抗体的变化.实验表明,4头牛在舌面接种感染FMDV 48 h后全数发病,第3天即出现可疑的3ABC抗体,第5天检测到阳性的3ABC抗体,至第8天3ABC抗体全部为阳性;10头同居牛(分别与接种感染猪和羊同居)在同居第7天时未检出3ABC抗体,在同居第15天时,3ABC抗体阳性率仅为30%;肌肉接种病毒羊3ABC抗体产生时间与接种病毒牛一致.同居羊在同居后第8天开始产生3ABC抗体,至第15天时所有表现出临床症状的羊3ABC抗体全部为阳性.猪无论是肌肉注射感染还是同居感染,其3ABC抗体与临床症状均具有很好的对应关系;发病猪最早可于接种病毒后第7天检测到可疑的3ABC抗体,至第15天均为阳性.牛、羊和猪均存在隐性感染的情况,即未出现临床症状,但3ABC抗体为阳性.

Abstract:Nonstructural protein(NSP) 3ABC antibody of the foot-and-mouth disease virus(FMDV) in artificially infected animals was detected by indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(I-ELISA).The results showed that typical FMD clinical signs produced in cattle inoculated intradermally with pathogenic FMDV after 48 h.The 3ABC antibody produced in these cattle were detected to be suspicious on the 3rd day,3ABC antibody in the 1/4 cattle were positive on the 5th day,and the 4/4 were positive on the 8th day post virus inoculation(dpi);In 10 co-housed cattle(breeded with artificially infected pigs and sheep separately),no 3ABC antibody were detected on the 7th day and percent of positive 3ABC antibody was only 30 %(3/10) on the 15th dpi(4/10 had clinical symptom).Response time of the 3ABC antibody in sheep inoculated with FMDV were consistent with cattle inoculated.Response production of 3ABC antibody in co-housed sheep were postponed to the 8th day.3ABC antibody in all sheep with clinical symptoms were detected on the 14th day.Production of the 3ABC antibody and clinical signs were well consistent in swine. 3ABC antibody of the swine with clinical signs were detected on the 7th dpi,percent of positive 3ABC antibody of the swine with clinical signs were 100 % on the 15th dpi.The subclinical infection was exist in cattle,sheep and swine,for the 3ABC antibody were detected in the animals withoutclinical signs.
