苍耳抑菌成分提取工艺

摘    要:用4种不同的溶剂和连续回流、冷浸以及振荡3种方法对苍耳抑菌成分的提取工艺进行了研究,并以番茄灰霉病菌、辣椒丝核病菌、黄瓜枯萎病菌、黄瓜黑星病菌和番茄早疫病菌为供试真菌进行了抑菌效果比较,.结果表明,丙酮、甲醇分别为苍耳茎叶和苍耳根的最佳提取溶剂,而连续回流提取法为最佳提取方法.

Abstract:Four kinds of solvents and three kinds of extracting methods were applied to extract effective antifungal compositions in the plant Xanthium sibiricum,and then the fungistatis obtained were tested with Botrytis cinerea,Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium oxysporium,Cladosporium cucumerinum and Alternaric solani.The results showed that acetone was the best for was the best extracting solvents for the stem and leave,and carbinol the root of Xanthium sibiricum.The most suitable extracting method was continuous reflux extraction.
