超声波处理对锁阳种子萌发特性影响研究

摘    要:采用超声波处理方法,研究其对锁阳种子萌发特性的影响.结果表明:不同频率和时间的超声波处理对锁阳种子的发芽势、发芽率及发芽指数均有影响,且不同的处理频率和时间对锁阳种子萌发的影响存在差异,其中以超声波处理60Hz、50min效果最好,种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数分别比对照提高1604.51%、208.33%和37.18%.

Abstract:In order to promote Cynomorium songaricum seeds germination,their seeds were treated by ultrasonic waves,the germination of these treated seeds were studied.The results showed that:the different frequency and time of ultrasonic waves treatment have effect on seed germination power、germination rate and germination index of Cynomorium songaricum Rupr,and the treatment of different frequency and time have differences,in which ultrasonic 60Hz,50min was best,seed germination power、germination rate and germination index were increased respectively by 1604.51%、208.33% and 37.18% than check.
