水分胁迫对豌豆根系生长及产量的影响

摘    要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究了水分胁迫对豌豆根系生长、根系活力和单株产量的影响.结果表明:苗期轻度水分胁迫有利于根系的生长,单株根长和根质量分别比对照增加了40.17%和70.83%;花期和灌浆期任何程度的水分胁迫均抑制了根系的生长.在各个生育时期随着胁迫程度的加深和时间的延长,根冠比增大,且在花期长期重度胁迫处理后根冠比增幅最大,比对照增加了84.62%;而根系活力呈下降趋势,在灌浆期长期重度胁迫处理后降幅最大,比对照降低了80.34%.对于单株产量,花期干旱对其影响显著,其次为灌浆期,苗期因水分胁迫造成的减产不显著.

Abstract:Root growth,TTC activity and pea yield were investigated with a pot experiment simulating water stress.The results showed that a light water stress was beneficial to root system growth,increased 40.17 % of root length and 70.83% of dry weight of root at seeding stage.However,root growth was inhibited by any degree of water stress at flowering and filling stage.R/S increased along with the increase of stress degree and elongation of stress time at each stage.The maximal increase of 84.62 % was found at flowering stage after long-term severe stress.Activity of TTC decreased by water stress,the maximal rate of decrease of 80.34 % was observed at filling stage after long-term severe stress.Water stress had significant effect on yield at flowering stage,and no significant reduction of yield was found at seeding stage.
