摘    要:以3个厚皮甜瓜品种为材料,通过调节单株留叶数目,研究了源(叶)库(果实)关系变化对果实特性的影响.结果表明:随着留叶数目的增多,3个品种果实大小和含糖量均表现出先增加后又趋于稳定的趋势,且品种间存在差异;而果型指数(纵径/横径)则随叶片数的增加而逐渐减小.据此认为,源(叶)强度只有在极端小的情况下才显著影响果实(库)主要特性;且果实大小、含糖量均存在一个"阈值",对于果实大小,黄河蜜、银峰和玉金香的"阈值"分别为66、48和24,3个品种果实含糖量的"阈值"分别为54、48和30.单株留叶数达到"阈值"后,即可满足果实正常生长发育需求.

Abstract:Three cultivars with thick fruit skin of Cucumis melo were taken as the materials in the experiment.By means of artificial regulation of the individual leaf numbers,the effects of change in source-sink relationship between leaves and fruits on the fruit characteristics were studied.The results indicated that along wth increase of individual leaf numbers,fruit size and total soluble solids of three cultivars firstly increased,then tended to stability,and displayed certain differences among cultivars,the fruit shape indexes(vertical-transverse diameter ratio)gradually decreased with increase of leaf numbers.According to the results above,it was holded that the primary characteristic of fruit would be evidently affected by the source(leaves) change only within a very small strength.In addition,both fruit size and total soluble solids appear to have its threshold.
