温度对甘肃中西部李始叶螨和山楂叶螨致死率的影响

摘    要:15℃和-20℃的低温对山楂叶螨和李始叶螨的致死率分别为94.7%、96.0%和69.3%、74.7%,有极显著差异(P<0.01);而-25℃和-30℃的低温对两种螨和同一种螨的致死率无显著性差异;高温对两种螨的影响也无显著性差异

Abstract:The lethal rates of Tetrangchus viennensis and Eogeprangchus Cruri at 15℃, and 20℃were 94.7 % and 96.0 %, respectively. The differences showed remarkable significant ( P <0.01). However, the lethal rates of two mites at -25℃ and -30℃didn't exist significantly difference. So did with the high temperatures (30℃, 35℃, and 40℃).
