海藻肥在黄瓜上的抗旱效应研究

摘    要:测定了9个海藻肥配方处理后的黄瓜幼苗在干旱胁迫条件下的6个生理指标及抗旱系数,对其中与抗旱系数显著相关的叶片相对含水量(RWC)、相对电导率、自由水/束缚水比值等4个指标求其隶数函数加权平均值,结果与黄瓜幼苗的抗旱性极显著正相关(r=0.847 1)。以此为评价方法筛选出提高黄瓜幼苗抗旱能力最强的海藻肥配方是A2。

Abstract:Six physiological indices characteristics and drought-resistance coefficient were determined after treated by seaweed fertilizer under drought stress condition. The results indicated that the weighed average of subordinate function values of four physiological indices which significantly correlated to drought-resistance coefficient-relative water content (RWC), relative conductivity, free water/bound water, bound water and drought-resistance (drought-resistance coefficient) of cucumber shoots, was positively significant (r=0.847 1). According to the results the best seaweed fertilizer combination to improve the drought resistance of cucumber was evaluated and selected.
