| 摘 要： | 根据籽瓜挖瓤机总体设计方案,探讨了刀架升降机构的工作要求和设计条件.选取平底式直动从动件盘形凸轮机构与改进的杠杆传动结合,实现刀架升降运动,并在利用矩形循环图进行系统协调设计的基础上,确定出从动件的运动规律,从实用角度设计了符合挖瓤机总体设计方案要求的刀架升降机构. |

| Abstract: | According to the general design scheme on removing pulp machine of seed watermelon, the operating requirements and design conditions for the lifting device of tool holder were discussed.A driving program of combining a flat-bottom tappet disc cam mechanism with improved lever was carried out, and the motion law of the follower was determined using the method of rectangle circulating chart. The lifting device of tool holder met the requirement of general design scheme of the removing pulp machine, and was testified by using. |
