摘    要:试验采用施N、施P2O5、播量二因子优化组合设计,在张掖和景泰对甘春20号春小麦产量和品质的影响进行了研究。结果表明,甘春20号在张掖灌区的最佳组合为:播量593.25万粒/hm2、施纯氮203.7kg/hm2、P2O5103.4kg/hm2;灌区籽粒产量可达7747.5kg/hm2,蛋白压含量15.90%,蛋白质产量1228.95kg/hm2;景泰灌区优化组合为:播量900万粒/hm2、纯氮300kg/hm2、P2O5130.5kg/hm2,灌区籽粒产量7240.35kg/hm2,蛋白质含量14.52%,蛋白质产量1051.5kg/hm2,不同栽培组合对沉淀值、面筋膨胀容积、持水率等加工品质的影响不显著。

Abstract:Effects of the combinations of sowing amount, N and P2O5 application on the yield and quality of Ganchun No. 20 spring wheat in different irrigation regions of Zhangye and Jingtai. The results indicated that the best combination for Zhangye was 5932.5 thousand grains per hectare, 203.7 kg/hm2 N and 103.4 kg/hm2 P2O5, under this combination, grain yield reached to 7 747.5kg/hm2, protein yield was 1 228.95kg/hm2; for Jingtai, the best combination was 9000 thousand grains per hectare, 300 kg/hm2 N and 130.5 kg/hm2 P2O5, grain yield was 7 240.35 kg/hm2, protein yield was 1 051.5 kg/hm2. Different combinations had no significant effects on SDS-sedi-mentation volume, gluten swelling volume and water-holding capacity.
