摘    要:以烤烟品种‘吉烟9号’为材料,于2005-2006年在吉林延边烟区研究了不同施氮量对烤烟香气成分及评吸质量的影响.结果表明:施氮量低于或高于60 kg.hm-2的处理,烟叶香气物质的组成不够协调,评吸得分较低;施氮量60 kg.hm-2的处理在不同程度上提高了烟叶中类西柏烷类、类胡萝卜素类和棕色化产物类致香物质的含量,改善了烟叶的香气质量,使香气量较足、杂气较少、刺激性较低、余味舒适、烟气浓度大、燃烧性好、总得分最高,说明施氮量60 kg.hm-2能较好满足烟草的生长发育,可以为提高烟叶香气质量奠定了良好的基础.

Abstract:Field experiment in Yanbian area was carried out to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer rates on contents of aroma components and flavor quality of a tobacco(Nicotiana tabacum) cultivar Jiyan 9 from 2005 to 2006.The main results showed that aroma constituents were not harmonious and flavor quality was poor in the treatment of nitrogen fertilizer rates less than 60 kg per hectare or more than 60 kg per hectare,while treatment of 60 kg nitrogen fertilizer per hectare could increase the flavor components c...
