| 摘 要： | 通过构建投资环境评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对甘肃区域投资环境差异进行评价．结果表明,甘肃区域投资环境不十分理想,在地域空间上呈现河西强于中(除兰州)部、东部的梯度分布特征,与区域经济发展水平格局是相吻合的．应进一步转变政府职能,强化其在投资领域中服务职能,提高政府服务于区域投资的能力．

| Abstract: | Based on evaluation index system of regional investment environment,principal component analysis was used to evaluate the regional investment environment differences in Gansu Province. The results indicated that the regional investment environment of Gansu was not reasonable ideal. In the regional area it takes on a gradient distribution characteristics that the investment environment in Hexi was better than that in the middle region,cexcept Lanzhou,and the east of Gansu, which was consistent with distri-brtion pattern of the regional economy development level. The government should take further steps to transform its function and enhance its service function in investment environment, so as to improve its service ability for the regional investment activities. |
