摘    要:分别在5、8、15℃的低温下,对6个辣椒品种幼苗处理3 d,对处理后幼苗叶片的生理生化指标进行了测定.结果表明,随着温度的降低,6个辣椒品种均表现为叶绿素含量降低,MDA含量增加,SOD活性总体上先下降后上升;POD活性在8、15℃的低温下,每个品种表现不一,但在5℃下,所有品种POD活性都呈上升趋势.

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical indexes of seedling leaves of six different pepper cultivars were determined after these seedlings were treated under 5,8 ℃ and 15 ℃,respectively,for three days.The results showed that as the temperature dropped,the content of chlorophyll decreased,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) increased,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) decreased at the beginning and then increased,the activity of peroxidase(POD) was different among each cultivar under 8 ℃ and 15 ℃,but under 5 ℃ the activity of peroxidase(POD) of all cultivars increased.
