摘    要:采用玻片浸渍法,用甲氰菊酯对二斑叶螨敏感种群进行抗性选育,经过19代的汰选,获得抗性指数为88.37倍的抗甲氰菊酯二斑叶螨种群.对17种常用杀螨剂的交互抗性测定结果表明,该种群对三氯氟氰菊酯、甲基异柳磷、双甲脒和苦皮藤生物碱有明显交互抗性,抗性指数分别达12.21、11.91、39.54、10.82;对氧化乐果、苯丁锡、唑螨酯、氯氰菊酯及三唑锡交互抗性次之,抗性指数分别为6.35,7.54、6.878、9.79、6.65;而对哒螨灵、三氯杀螨醇、克螨特、阿维菌素、噻螨酮、四螨嗪、哒螨.四螨嗪及哒.水胺硫磷(抗性指数<5.00倍)等杀螨剂无明显的交互抗性.

Abstract:The resistant strain of Tetranychus urticae Koch to fenpropathrin in the laboratory was continuously selected by slid-method bioassay.The fenpropathrin-resistant strain with 88.37-fold resistance index was developed after insecticide-resistance selection for 19 generations.The cross-resistances of the fenpropathrin-resistant strain to 17 kinds of common insecticides used in the field were also measured.It appeared to have positive cross-resistance to beta-cyfluthrin(resistance index reached 12.21-fold),iiso...
