| 摘 要： | 试验选用2岁、体重22kg左右的雄性贵宾犬4只,采用单因子试验设计,自身对照,进行了4期试验,比较研究了贵宾犬对小麦、豆粕、鱼粉3种饲料的消化代谢效果.结果表明:贵宾犬对小麦干物质的消化率极显著低于对豆粕和鱼粉的(P<0.01),对豆粕干物质的消化率显著(P<0.05)低于鱼粉的;贵宾犬对小麦、豆粕及鱼粉氮的表观消化率差异不显著(P>0.05);贵宾犬对鱼粉的消化代谢能最高,极显著高于小麦和豆粕的(P<0.01),而小麦和豆粕间差异不显著(P>0.05). |

| Abstract: | The effect of wheat,soybean meal and fish meal on digestion and metabolism of Poodle dogs was investigated.Four male Poodle dogs(about 22 kilograms) at the age of 2-year-old were used into 4 tests in a single-factor and self-control design.The results showed that the dry matter digestibility of Poodle dogs in wheat were significantly lower(P<0.01) than that in soybean meal and fish meal,the dry matter digestibility of soybean meal were significant(P<0.05) lower than that of fish meal;the apparent digestibil... |
