| 摘 要： | 利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术，分别对奥利亚罗非鱼和尼罗罗非鱼及其杂交后代奥尼杂交鱼（尼罗罗非鱼♀×奥利亚罗非鱼♂）的５种组织（眼、脑、心、肌、肝）的ＭＤＨ酶谱进行了分析和比较，结果发现；罗非鱼不同组织的ＭＤＨ同工酶有明显的组织特异性。３种罗非鱼肌肉组织ＭＤＨ同工酶表现出种间差异，即细胞质型（ｓ－ＭＤＨ）在电泳时迁移率的不同可以作为鉴别奥利亚罗非鱼、尼罗罗非鱼及其杂交种的遗传标记。

| Abstract: | MDH in 5 tissues (eye, brain, heart, muscle and liver) of Oreochromis aureus, Oreochromis niloticus and their hybrid (Oreochromis aureus ♂× Oreochromis niloticus ♀) was analyzed and compared with polyacrylamide gel electrophoretic method. The results are as follows:the electrophoretic patterns of MDH of these fish show a species-specific tissue distribution; they can be distinguished with differerce of the mobile charecteristics of s-MDH as a genetic mark. |
