低温弱光对茄子幼苗生理特性的影响

摘    要:以4~5叶二苠茄、快圆茄、兰杂5号茄子为试材, 研究了茄子幼苗在低温(10 /5 和20 /10 )弱光(454.5 祄olm-2s-1)处理下净光合速率(Pn)的变化及对其生理特性的影响。结果表明:低温弱光胁迫处理后茄子幼苗的Pn降低;POD活性和MDA含量上升,不同品种受低温弱光逆境影响的程度不同。

Abstract:Effects of low temperature (10 /5 and 20 /10) and poor light (454.5祄olm-2s-1) on photosynthetic characteristic and some physiological parameters of eggplant seedlings were studied by using Ermin eggplant, Kuaiyuan and Lanza No.5 as the test materials. The results showed that photosynthetic rate (Pn) decreased when plants were treated with low temperature and poor light; Peroxidase(POD) activeness and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA) increased during the course; and the responses were different among varieties.
