| 摘 要： | 玻璃化现象是普遍发生于不同植物组织、器官的组织培养中,影响它发生的因素较多,如微环境、基因型、内源激素、植株自身的生理状态等。从诸方面进行综述,并提出综合防治玻璃化现象发生的具体措施。

| Abstract: | Vitrification in plant tissue culture from different organs and tissues is a common phenomenon resulting from many elements, including micro-environmental conditions in cubation, genotypes of explants, endogenous hormones, physiological condition of plants, etc., which were summarized in this paper. And those specific methods for preventing and controling vitrification phenomenon in plant tissue culture were raised. |
