摘    要:基于顶空气相色谱分析,采用ECD检测器测定,建立了饮用纯净水中14种卤代烃的检测方法,并对色谱柱、色谱检测器、平衡温度、平衡时间及样品基体进行了研究和条件优化.结果表明:在所建立的最佳实验条件下14种卤代烃的回收率在88.2%~99.6%之间,相对标准偏差为1.68%~6.29%,检测限为0.1~120μg.L-1;所建立的分析方法快速、简便,适合饮用纯净水中多种卤代烃的检测分析.

Abstract:A method was developed for quick-determination of 14 kinds of halohydrocarbons in purified drink water by head space and gas chromatography with electron capture detector (HS-GC-ECD). Some conditions and parameters were optimized as column, detector, equilibrium time and temperature, and sample matrix. Under the optimal conditions, the recoveries of the fourteen halohydrocarbons were in the range of 88.2 % ~99.6 %. The relative standard deviations were from 1.68 % to 6.29 %. The determination limit was between 0.1~120 μg·L~(-1). It is suggested that this method is rapid, simple and suitable for determination of halohydrocarbons in purified drink water.
