细胸金针虫(Agriotes fuscicollis Miwa)的饲养方法及其生活史观察

本文对细胸金针虫的饲养方法作了系统的报道.在蛹、成虫和卵的饲养中,成活率均高,方法简便且易于观察;虽然幼虫自相残食和饲养期间遭受微生物侵袭,死亡率偏高,但仍得出预期的饲养结果.经1981—1987年室内饲养和田间观察得知,该虫有世代上的多态现象(Polymorphism),在武威、民勤一带3年1代,亦有2年或4—5年1代者.主要以幼虫越冬,幼虫期平均958.5天,蛹期平均15天,当代成虫寿命30—68天,少数越冬成虫270天左右,卵期平均14天.

A Method for Rearing and Observation on the Life Cycle of Slender Thorax Click Beetle(Agriotes fuscicollis Miwa)

This article is a systematic report about feeding method for slender thorax click beetle(Agriotes fuscicollis Miwa).In rearing the adults,pupae,and eggs this method is not only simple but also easy for observation;the survival rates are higher.Although many larvae died of slaughtering each other,and of bacteria attacking,etc.,we have still obtained the desired results. Through observing in the field and feeding in the laboratory from 1981 to 1987.it has been found that this kind of insect has generation polymorphism.In Muwei and Minqing it may develop one generation every 3 years,but sometimes 2 or 4—5 years.It mainly passes winter as larvae.The average time is 958.5 days for larvae stage. 15 days for pupal stage.The adults can live for 30—68 days.but for a few of overwintering adults the average time of living is about 270 days.The hatch of eggs is accomplished in 14 days
