摘    要:报道了近年来在甜瓜种植中发生严重且分布广泛的甜瓜细菌性叶斑病的症状,对所分离到的病原菌(Ps1,Ps2)进行了致病性测定和寄主范围测定,通过人工接种方法发现甜瓜细菌性叶斑病菌除能侵染葫芦科植物西瓜、黄瓜、甜瓜、西葫芦、苦瓜、冬瓜、瓠瓜、丝瓜等外,还能侵染番茄、玉米、茄子、辣椒、菜豆等非葫芦科植物.

Abstract:Bacterial spot of leaves caused by Pseudomonas syringae is a harmful widely dispersed disease in muskmelon growing in Gansu.The symptoms were described in this paper.Strains of pathogenic bacteria isolated from disease melon plants were examined for their pathogenicity and tested on 14 host plants.It was indicated that the bacteria not only infected with cucurbits plants such as watermelon,cucumber,muskmelon,pumpkin,balsam pear,wax-gourd,calabash gourd,spongegourd,but also no-cucurbits plants such as tomato,corn,eggplant,pepper and bean.
