| 摘 要： | 采用平板打孔法和改良的试管二倍稀释法分别测定了12种中草药水提物对8种畜禽肠道病原菌的抑菌直径和最小抑菌浓度(MIC).结果表明:12种中草药水提物对8种供试菌既有不同的抑菌谱,又有不同的抑菌效果,抑菌圈的大小与MIC值存在一定的平行关系.其中,对8种畜禽肠道病原菌(大肠杆菌O2、O139、O8、O78、鸡白痢沙门氏菌、猪伤寒沙门氏菌和猪霍乱沙门氏菌)抑菌直径最大的分别为黄芩、乌梅、黄芩、艾叶、乌梅、黄芩、乌梅、乌梅;对上述8种病原菌抑菌效果最好(MIC最小)的分别为五倍子和诃子;五倍子;五倍子和黄芩;石榴皮、五倍子、黄芩、黄连和艾叶;黄芩和黄连;黄芩;石榴皮和五倍子;五倍子和黄芩.

| Abstract: | Plate diluting and the modified two fold dilution methods were used to measure the bacterial inhibition diameter and minimum inhibitory concentration of 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine water extracts against 8 livestock and poultry pathogenic enteral bacteria.The result showed that 12 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines had both different antibacterial spectrum and various bacteriostatic effect to 8 tested microorganism,the size of bacteriostatic circle had certain parallel relationships with minimum inhi... |
