孕酮受体研究进展及其基因序列同源性分析

摘    要:孕酮发挥生理作用是通过其受体(孕酮受体,progesterone receptor,PGR)介导的.研究动物孕酮受体及其基因对研究动物的生殖生理具有重要意义.论文论述了动物PGR的分布、结构、生物学作用、作用机理等方面的研究进展,并对目前GenBank已公布的人、鼠、主要畜禽孕酮受体基因(PGRgene)的编码区序列进行了同源性比较分析.

Abstract:The actions of progesterone are thought to be mediated through binding to its receptor(progesterone receptor,PGR).PGR gene of animal is of importance to understand the reproduction physiology of animal.This paper summarized the research progress in PGR including its histological distribution,structure,biological functions and functional mechanism in animal.It also analyzed the sequence homology of the PGR gene coding sequence for human,mouse,chicken and other animal published in the GenBank.
