甘肃高等农业教育为经济建设服务的战略研究——从农业现代化看甘肃高等农业教育的战略选择

甘肃高等农业教育在为农业现代化建设服务中,还表现有较多的不适应的方面,必须以邓小平同志提出的教育的“三个面向”为指针,坚持教育为社会主义现代化建设服务和社会主义建设必须依靠教育的基本点,深化教育改革,适应农业现代化建设日益增长的需要。为此,应从高等农业教育的体系、科教兴农体制、招生培养就业的运行机制到培养目标、规格层次、学生思想和业务素质等方面入手,制定有效的对策和措施,使甘肃高等农业教育的改革与发展建立在科学的战略选择的坚实基础上,更好地为本省经济建设服务。

The Strategy of Gansu Higher Agricultural Education for Serving the Economical Construction

To meet the need of agriculture modernization of Gansu, the present higher agricultural education in this province must be reformed in some aspects. Based on the investigation data and practical experience, it is considered that the strategy of Gansn higher agricultural education should start with the establishment of a perfect education system, the completeness of the three-in-one combination of teaching, research and social practice, the adjustment of the internal structure of agricultural education, the insistence of the educational policy for allover developing--morally, intellectually, physically, aesthetically and laboringly, the setup of the move mechanism of the enrolment, training and employment towards the countryside, the amplification of the agriculture rising through science and education, etc., to have the reformation and development of Gansuagricultural education build on a solid foundation and serve the Gansu′s economical construction.
