当归电物理特性与其生理活性关系的试验研究

摘    要:对当归鲜活试样和灭活试样的电物理特性进行了对比测定分析,研究了生理活性对其电物性的影响。结果表明在当归鲜活试样的活性由强-弱-失活的变化过程中,其电阻呈现出升-降-升的变化,而其介电常数,则表现为降-升-降的变化。试样电物性变化的曲折段对应于当归组织细胞开始大量死亡阶段。而灭活试样的电物理特性随其含水率的降低单调变化。当归的生理活性对其电物理特性的影响机理本文也进行了分析。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of Angelica sinensis physiologic character on it's electric properties were studied through the comparison experiments both on the fresh living and died samples of Angelica sinensis. The results showed that along with physiologic character of living sample changed from strong to die, it's resistance appeared up-down-up, but it's dielectric properties and loss factor appeared down-up-down. The relapse phase corresponded to the death of more quantity of cells. On the other hand, the electric properties of died sample monotonously changed with it's water content. The metabolism of the influence of the physiologic character on the electric properties of Angelica sinensis were also analyzed in this paper.
