苍耳素Ⅲ-1的分离纯化及鉴定

摘    要:以黄瓜枯萎病菌为供试菌,采用生物活性示踪法,对苍耳丙酮提取物Ⅲ-1的抑菌成分进行分离.结果表明:苍耳丙酮提取液Ⅲ-1对黄瓜枯萎病菌有抑制作用的有效成分主要集中在2~7、9~11和19、21等10个流份中,其中流份5的抑制率达到51.00%;通过薄层层析分离和GC-MS联用仪鉴定,发现苍耳素Ⅲ-1的主要抑菌成分有呋喃甲醛、5-羟甲基糠醛、4-羟基-4-甲基-2-戊酮等.

Abstract:The antifungal activity of the extract Ⅲ-1 from Xanthium sibiricumwas was tested with Fusarium oxysporium.The antifungal composition of the acetone extraction Ⅲ-1 was isolated primarily with column chromatography.The results showed that the antifungal activity appeared in fractions of 2 to 7,9 to 11,and 19,and 21.The fifth fraction had the highest growth inhibition rate with 51.00 %.By thin layer chromatography(TLC) isolation and gas chromatography and mass spectroscopy(GC-MS) identification antifungal,the primary antifungal ingredients were 2-furancarboxalde,5-(hydroxymethyl)-2-furaldehyde,diacetone alcohol.
