| 摘 要： | 应用模糊数学原理,选择与受精力相关的射精量、密度、pH、活率、畸形率、生存指数、精浆中谷氨酸草酰乙酸转氨酶活性的释放量和顶体完整率等8项因子,对9只无角陶赛特公羊精液进行了模糊综合评定。9头公羊的综合得分为:① 151种公羊,总分0.898 4>② 1 021种公羊,总分0.890 8>③ 597种公羊,总分0.885 0>④ 235种公羊,总分0.880 4>⑤ 173种公羊,总分0.874 6>⑥ 99种公羊,总分0.853 9>⑦ 699种公羊,总分0.833 4>⑧ 528种公羊,总分0.825 7>⑨122种公羊,总分0.778 0。排序结果与供试公羊的实际利用情况基本一致。

| Abstract: | Poll Dorset ram semen quality was assessed by choosing some factors relative to the fertilization such as ejaculate volume, density of semen, pH, motility rate, malformation rate, live index, leakage of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase in semen plasma and acrosome integrity rate. The synthetical score of 9 rams were as follows: ① 151ram,0.898 4>② 1 021ram, 0.890 8>③ 597 ram,0.885 0>④ 235 ram,0.880 4>⑤ 173 ram,0.874 6>⑥ 99 ram,0.853 9>⑦ 699 ram,0.833 4>⑧ 528 ram,0.825 7>⑨ 122 ram,0.778 0. |
