甘肃省农村金融发展与农村经济增长关系的研究

基于灰色关联分析法,对甘肃省1996-2004年农村金融发展与农村经济增长的关系做了实证研究.结果表明:农村金融发展与农村经济增长和农民收入具有显著相关性,而与乡镇企业发展相关性不显著,其中农村金融贷款规模是影响农村经济增长的主要因素,农业贷款对农民收入的支持力度比较大.

A case study on the relationship between rural finance development and economic growth in Gansu Province

Based on the gray correlation analysis,this paper empirically researched on the relationship between rural finance development and economy growth in Gansu Province from 1995 to 2004.The results showed as follows:there was a significant correlation of rural finance development to both farmer incomes and rural economic growth,while no remarkable correlation of rural finance development to town enterprises development existed.among which the loan scale in rural finance was as the main factor to impact rural economic growth.The agricultural loan had strongly contributed to the increasing of farmer incomes.In addition,some suggestions were put forward,such as constituting the favorable tax policies to reinforce credit degree of agricultural bank to support agriculture,speeding up the reform and strengthening its main force action in reform of rural credit cooperation to support agriculture,adjusting the range of service in time to play the function of policy finance of agricultural development bank adequately,actively channeling off rural non-official finance to develope healthily.
