虹鳟卵巢发育的组织学研究

Histological study on the ovary development of Oncorh ynchus mykiss

By using the technology of paraffin section,the ovary development of the rainbow trout was studied.Morphology,characteristics and changes of ovary at different stages were described.The results showed that the development of the ovary underwent six consequent stages as well as the oocytes consisted of six phases.Four months old ovaries were in stage Ⅰ,while the most oocytes were in phase Ⅰ,the nucleus made up the greater part of the cell.Eight to thirteen months old ovaries were in stage Ⅱ,the oocytes in phase Ⅱ were basophilic,follicle cell,outer ring and threadiness ring appeared at the same time.Fifteen to twenty-six months old ovaries were in stage Ⅲ,the oocytes in this stage could be seen,which had double follicle membranes,cortical alveoli,yolk granules and zona radiata appeared.The ovary in stage Ⅳ was 28~30 months old,the oocytes in phase Ⅳ were full of yolk granules.The ovary in stage Ⅴwas 31 months,the oocytes in phase Ⅴ were divorced from follicle membranes,and got into abdominal cavity.The ovary in stage Ⅵ was 31~33 months,the oocytes in phase Ⅵ were degraded from phase Ⅵ.After spawning,the ovaries transferred gradually from stage Ⅵ to stage Ⅱ.
