Abstract:Corn straw and complex bacterium was used as raw material to study the change of coarse protein and cellulose contents under fermentation conditions.The result showed that under 25 ℃,complex bacterium and corn straw ratio 1∶300,aerobic fermentation for 60,120,180,240,300 and 360 h,the cellulose content decreased by 1.25 %,5.09 %,8.08 %,8.51 %,8.85 % and 9.31 %;coarse protein content increased by 0.3 %,0.64 %,2.68 %,3.26 %,3.45 % and 3.64 %.The milk output of each caw raised by fermentation corn straw enhanced by 48.6 kg,earned 116.64 yuan.The economic benefit was remarkable(P<0.05).
