紫花苜蓿根瘤菌研究进展

摘    要:对苜蓿根瘤菌资源生物多样性采集与保藏、苜蓿根瘤菌的田间应用研究、苜蓿根瘤菌固氮机理的研究、影响苜蓿根瘤菌固氮效率的主要因子、苜蓿根瘤菌结瘤基因及其表达调控、结瘤基因与结瘤因子、根瘤菌分类研究历史与现状进行了综述,并对苜蓿根瘤菌的研究进展进行了浅评,提出广泛开展苜蓿根瘤菌资源调查,筛选和培育建立各个苜蓿品种的高效共生固氮体系、开辟苜蓿根瘤菌溶磷和分泌生长激素的研究是目前苜蓿根瘤菌研究的重点。

Abstract:The research of the nodule bacteria develops rapidly, which has made a lot of achievements. This paper has daborated the relevant characteristics and intergrowth relations among the nodule bacteria of alfalfa, nodule bacteria and the environment. The factors of the normal intergrowth involves two kinds of intergrowth controlled by heredity. The forms intergrowth tumour course has relations to the information material transmit between the nodule bacteria and host plant. The application of biotechnology in the systematic development and classifying researches of nodule bacteria promote the development and utilization of nodule bacteria resources. The applied study of the nodule bacteria explored from the simple to the comprehensive field about physiology, biochemistry and ecology.
