早熟禾属四品种种子萌发期耐盐能力的研究

本试验对北方建坪中常用的寒地型早熟禾属（Ｐｏａ）的四个品种进行了萌发期耐盐能力的比较研究。结果表明：早熟禾种子的发芽率和初生根长度随盐溶液浓度的升高而降低，且呈现极显著或显著负相关关系。四个品种在萌发期耐盐能力的强弱依次为：梅里特草地早熟禾＞塞伯粗糙早熟禾＞瓦巴斯草地早熟禾、爱肯尼草地早熟禾。

Comparisons of the Salt Tolerance of Seeds of 4 Varieties of Poa During Germinative Stage

In this paper the salt tolerance of seeds of 4 varieties of cool season Poa were compared during germinative stage.The main results obtained were as follows:1,the germination rates of seeds and the length of radicle of 4 varieties of Poa were all declined with the rising of salt toler-ance and there were significant negative correlations.2. the order of the salt tolerance of seeds of 4 varieties during germinative stage was ‘Merit’Kentucky bluegrass>‘Sabre’ rough bluegrass>‘Wabash’and‘Ikone’Kentu-cky bluegrass.
