NaCl胁迫对黄瓜自根苗和嫁接苗质膜透性与抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:以黄瓜(Cucumis sativus L.)自根苗和嫁接苗为材料,研究了黄瓜幼苗植株体内抗氧化酶、SOD和CAT活性对盐胁迫的响应.结果表明:随着NaCl处理浓度的增大和时间的延长,黄瓜自根苗和嫁接苗SOD活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势;嫁接苗CAT活性也呈现为先上升后下降的趋势,而自根苗则一直下降;2种幼苗MDA含量和细胞膜透性都呈增大的趋势,但嫁接苗增加的幅度小于自根苗,表明嫁接苗耐盐性强于自根苗.随着NaCl胁迫时间的延长,2种幼苗可溶性糖含量的变化均呈现不规律的变化趋势.但从整体来看,不同浓度NaCl胁迫下黄瓜嫁接苗体内的可溶性糖含量高于自根苗.

Abstract:The salt-tolerance of Cucumis sativus L.was studied under the different concentration of NaCl treatments.The results indicated that contents of MDA and membrane permeability in leaves of grafted and own-rooted cucumber seedlings increased with stress time prolonging and concentration increasing.The degree of increase was obviously higher in own-rooted seedlings than that in grafted ones.Under 15 mmol/L and 60 mmol/L NaCl stress,SOD activity in two cucumber seedlings increased in origin,then decreased.The same tendency of CAT activity was observed in cucumber grafted seedlings,however in own-rooted ones it showed a decreasing tendency all the time.There was no regular change observed in soluble carbohydrate of two kinds of cucumber seedlings.On the whole,the contents of soluble carbohydrate were higher in grafted cucumber seedlings than that in own-rooted ones under different NaCl treatments.
