| 摘 要： | 以聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法分析了甘肃４地区中国林蛙的血清蛋白、晶状体蛋白、晶状体及血清乳酸脱氢酶同工酶的多态性。结果表明：中国林蛙在血清运铁蛋白、后白蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶及晶状体蛋白电泳图谱的三个区域具个体差异。４地区中国林蛙在运铁蛋白、晶状体蛋白的Ｅ＿２和Ｅ＿４区域各存在较为明显的地区性特征谱带。

| Abstract: | The polymorphism of serum protein and crystallin as well as LDH of Rana ch-enesinensis from four regions of Gansu province were analyzed with polyacrylamide elec-trophoresis method.The results showed that there were individual difference in Tf,Pa,LDHand two types of crystalline. Samples from each region had its own characteristic genotypesin Tf,E_2 and E_6 proteins.The frequency of genotypes were consistent with Hardy-Weinbergbalance formula for a stable population of polymorphism of proteins and enzymes to the sys-tematization of animal species and subspecies should be based on the individual data and thestatistics analysis. |
