蛋鸡和鲜蛋空肠弯曲菌带菌状况的研究

对420只蛋鸡和200枚鲜蛋进行了空肠弯曲菌检查。结果表明,蛋鸡平均带菌率为66.2％,在43～46用龄时带菌率最低(34.0％),26～28周龄时带菌率最高(92.0％),19～20周龄时带菌率居中(45.3％),差异极显著(P<0.01)。在200枚鲜蛋中未检出空肠弯曲菌。对15只空肠弯曲菌阳性蛋鸡进行该菌在体内分布的研究表明,十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠、直肠和泄殖腔为空肠弯曲菌的主要栖居场所,在咽喉、腺胃、卵巢和输卵管内也有该菌检出,而在嗉囊中未检出该菌。同时,对蛋清抑制空肠弯曲菌的平板试验显示,蛋清没有抑菌作用。本文并对空肠弯曲菌在鸡体的垂直传播途径进行了讨论,认为空肠弯曲菌不经鲜蛋而垂直传播于仔鸡。

Studies on the Carrier States of Campylobacter jejuni in Hens and Fresh Eggs

Campylobacter jejuni was investigated from 420 hens and 200 eggs. The results showed that the carrier rates of these hens were 45.3%,92.0% and 34.0% respectively in 19～20, 26～28 and 43～46 weeks of age and the ayerage was 66.2%. The difference was extremely significant (P<0.01). C. jejuni could not isolated from the eggs tested. The distrlbution of C. jejuni in the bodies of 15 hens carrying the organism was also investigated. The results indicated that the organism located mainly in duodenum, jejunum, ileum, caecum, rectum and cloaca. It could also he detected from pharynx, proventriculus, ovary and oviductus, but none was isolated from ingluvies. The inhibition test of C. jejuni with the egg white showed that there was no inhibitory effect in the plate assay. The problem of vertical transmission route of C. jejuni in hens is discussed, It is considered that it does not transmit to the chick via the egg.
