基于小波分析的图像压缩与去噪研究

摘    要:介绍了图像小波分析的基本理论和基于小波变换的分解与重构原理,利用小波变换对二维图像进行分解,将原始图像分解成不同方向、不同频率成分的子图像.同时对含噪图像进行小波分解,通过选取适当的阈值,对小波分解系数进行阈值量化,再对高低频系数重构,实现图像的去噪.最后运用MATLAB仿真平台进行仿真验证,仿真结果表明:利用小波分析对图像进行压缩和去噪可以得到非常好的压缩效果和去噪效果,对工程应用具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:Based on the decomposition and reconstruction principle of wavelet transform,the wavelet transform was used to decompose the two-dimensional image,the original image was decomposed into sub-images with different diretions and different frequency.At the same time,the noisy image was decomposed by wavelet,then the optimum threshold was chosen to quantify wavelet decomposition coefficients,after this,the high and low frequency coefficients were reconstructed,so the image denoising was realized.Finally,this course was simulated by MATLAB simulation platform,the simulation result showed that wavelet analysis was a significant way for image denoising and compression,and had a certain engineering value.
