摘    要:以1.0、2.0、3.0、3.5 mmol/L四种浓度的SA处理三叶一心西瓜幼苗,研究SA对西瓜幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明,SA可以增强西瓜幼苗的抗冷性,其中以1.0 mmol/L的效果为最好。经1.0 mmol/L SA处理的幼苗Pro含量、POD、CAT和ATP酶等3种保护酶的活性均比5 ℃对照有提高,MDA含量减少,并且SA可减缓低温下叶绿素含量的减少和增加膜透性。

Abstract:The seedlings of watermelon (Citrullus lanatus Mansf. cv. Jinxin 1) at 3 leaf stage were treated with 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5 mmol/L of SA for three days and then exposed to 5℃ low temperature for 24 h in order to study the effects of SA on chilling-tolerance activity. The chilling-tolerance of seedling of watermelon could be increased with SA treatment. The concentration of SA at 1.0mmol/L showed the most effective result. Compared with the control the activities of three protective enzymes, such as peroxidase (POD), catalase (CAT) and adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) increased, while the malondialdehyde (MDA) content decreased in the leave of treated plants. The decline of chlorophyll content of those leaves pretreated by SA under chilling temperature were reduced.
