| 摘 要： | 通过大田试验,研究了生长调节物质及不同调控措施(顶部5片叶喷施,全株喷施)对烤烟香气质量的影响.结果表明,喷施生长调节物质对烟叶致香成分积累有一定促进作用,但不同调控措施作用效果不同.其中以生长调节物质稀释250倍全株喷施可提高烟叶新植二烯含量及总量;稀释500倍全株喷施可增加新植二烯以外致香成分含量;生长调节物质稀释250倍全株喷施可提高烤烟类胡萝卜素类致香成分含量,稀释500倍全株喷施可显著提高烟叶苯丙氨酸类和类西柏烷类致香成分含量,并对棕色化产物类积累有利.感官评吸也以稀释250倍和500倍全株喷施两处理较好,并以稀释500倍全株喷施效果最好.
