特定饲养制度下山羊瘤胃内温度、pH、氨氮和蛋白质含量的昼夜动态变化

应用装有瘤胃瘘管的两头去势山羊,在特定饲养制度下实验观察了瘤胃内温度,pH、以及氯氮和蛋白质含量的昼夜动态变化。实验结果表明,瘤胃内温度在40℃左右波动,多数情况下在40℃以上,在20点到22点期间温度最高.瘤胃液pH值在7左右波动而略偏酸性,以14点和24点的酸度最高。瘤胃液中氨氮含量变动范围较大,介于20—50mg/100ml之间,以14点和24点的含量最高。瘤胃液中蛋白质含量很低,每毫升中不超过1毫克,以14点和24点的含量最低。在22点到24点期间,瘤胃内温度最高,pH值最低,在24点,瘤胃液中氨氮含量最高,而蛋白质含量最低。在昼夜间,氨氮含量与蛋白质含量之间存在相反关系的变动。

The Day-night Dynamic Variation of Temperature,pH, Nitrogen and Protein Content in the Rumens of Castrated Goats under a Specific Feeding Regime

An experiment was performed on. two castrated goats fitted with tureen cannulae each to observe the day night dynamic variation of temperature, pH, nitrogen and protein content in the tureen under a specific feeding regime. The result of our experiment showed that the temperature in the tureens fluctuated about 40'C, in most cases it was over 40℃, the highest of which appeared during the period from 20 to 22 o'clock.The pH in rumen content fluctuated about 7, and it was always slightly below 7, the highest acidity a,pperred from 14 to 24 o'clock. The ahange range of its nitrogen was lafter, between 20—50mg/100ml, its nitrogen level was highest from 14 to 24 o'clock.The protein content was very low, not more than 1 mg per 1 ml. The lowest level of protein was observed from 14 to 21 o'cock. During the period from 22 to 21 o'clock the temperature in the rumen was the highest, while the value of pH was lowest, and at the time of 24 o'clock, its nitrogen was highest, its protein was lowest. Moreover, we observed that tftere was an inverse relationship in the variationbetween the concentration of nitrogen and prote in during the day—nig-
