摘    要:为解决生产中越夏黄瓜的高温耐性问题,以黄瓜种子为试材,研究了不同温度和不同浓度水杨酸处理黄瓜种子在萌发阶段对高温耐性变化。结果表明,黄瓜种子萌发的最适温度为30 ℃,在25 ℃和35 ℃时萌发,种子发芽率,种子活力指数显著下降;水杨酸在黄瓜种子萌动时处理,可提高黄瓜种子在高温(35 ℃)的萌发活力,水杨酸的适宜浓度为0.1 mmol/L。

Abstract:In order to resolve the hot temperature tolerance of cucumber in summer, the different temperature and difference concentration treatment of Salicylic acid were studied during the germination of cucumber seeds. Results show that the optimum germination temperature of cucumber seeds is 30 ℃; the vigor of germination decreases remarkably at the temperature of 25 ℃ and 35 ℃. Salicylic acid treatment can improve the germination ability of cucumber seed at high temperature (35 ℃), the optimal pretreatment concentration is 0.1mmol/L.
