摘    要:【目的】用基于4RB2电控汽油机加装的顺序喷射天然气系统,对天然气系统进行匹配标定.【方法】通过大量试验来实现发动机天然气系统工作过程的优化,确定ECU的各种参数,在满足排放性前提条件下,确保其经济性和动力性.【结果】喷射压力为150kPa,点火提前角增加9°CA时获得最佳动力性.【结论】匹配标定后,发动机CNG时能耗略有降低,动力性达到汽油机的87%以上,标定结果满足要求.

Abstract:Objective] Based on an electronically controlled engine,4RB2,equipped with RSI sequential CNG injection system,the mapping and calibration of natural gas system was carried out.Method] Through a large number of experiments,the ECU parameters were determined to achieve the optimization of the engine work process of NG system,such the economy and power output were insured under the emission preconditions.Result] The best power output was achieved when the injection pressure was 150 kPa and the ignition advance angle was 9°CA in advance.Conclusion] After the matching and calibration,when the engine is fueled with CNG,the energy consumption is slightly reduced and the power output is reached over 87% of the engine fueled with gasoline.The calibration results meet the requirements.
