摘    要:研究了覆膜、不同氮磷肥施用量对不同玉米品种籽粒主要品质的影响。结果表明:玉米籽粒品质品种间存在一定的差异;氮肥主要调控玉米籽粒的蛋白质、淀粉含量,磷肥的作用较小;增施氮肥,玉米籽粒中蛋白质含量增加 0.63 %~0.87 %(覆膜)、0.71 %~0.75 %(露地),淀粉含量减少 0.78 %~1.74 %(覆膜)、0.54 %~1.02 %(露地);覆膜栽培不仅具有增大玉米籽粒容重的作用,而且能使玉米籽粒淀粉含量增加 0.32 %~2.69 %,蛋白质、脂肪的含量分别降低 0.29 %~1.63 %、0.17 %~0.72 %;施肥对玉米籽粒容重和赖氨酸含量的影响较小。

Abstract:In this paper, different maize variety were used to study the effect of plastic film mulch and different level of nitrogen and phosphorus application on quality indexes of maize seeds. The results showed: 1) Qualities of different varieties were different and nitrogen fertilizer mainly controlled the content of protein, starch and fat while phosphorus had little influence. 2) Protein content was increased 0.63 %~0.87 % (plastic film mulch) and 0.71 %~0.75 % (conventional cultivation) and the starch decreased 0.78 %~1.74 % (plastic film mulch) and 0.54 %~1.02 % (conventional cultivation) when the nitrogen fertilizer was added. 3) plastic film mulch had the effects on not only increasing the seed bulk density, but also incresing the starch content and decreasing the protein and fat content 0.29 %~1.63 %, 0.17 %~0.72 % respectively. 4) Fertilizer application had little influence on seed bulk density and lysine content.
