甘肃省主要农作物比较优势的地区差异分析

运用规模优势指数、效率优势指数及综合优势指数3个指标,对甘肃省各地区小麦、玉米、马铃薯、胡麻、油菜、药材、蔬菜和瓜果8类主要农作物的生产比较优势进行了测算和分析.结果表明:甘肃省主要农作物生产存在显著的区域差异,不同地市具有各自的优劣势作物品种.在此基础上,提出了甘肃省应当按照比较优势的原理,调整各地区的种植结构,实现农业生产的合理布局和专业化生产,以充分发挥农业生产的比较优势.

Regional differences of Gansu Province in comparative advantages of major crops

Three indices including scale advantage indices(SAI),efficiency advantage indices(EAI) and aggregated advantage indices(AAI) were applied in this article to measure and analyze the comparative advantages of different prefectures(cities) in Gansu Province in eight kinds of major crops,such as wheat,corn,potato,benne,rape,herbal medicine,vegetables and amphisacea(melon and fruits).The results indicated that 14 prefectures(cities) in Gansu Province displayed significant regional differences from each others in their agricultural production of the major crops,and had their comparative advantages and disadvantages of crop composition.In view of the above-mentioned objective reality,the authors suggested that the plangting structure of each prefectures(cities) in Gansu Province should be adjusted on the principle of comparative advantage,accomplish rational distribution of agricultural production and specialized production with the aim of bringing the comparative advantage of agricultural production in to full play.
