添加木聚糖酶和植酸酶对蛋鸡生产性能和胫骨矿质化的影响

摘    要:选择28周龄商品代‘罗曼’蛋鸡840只,采用单因子分组试验设计随机分为5组,每组8个重复,每个重复21只鸡,分别接受正对照(Ⅰ)、负对照(Ⅱ)、负对照+植酸酶60g.t-1+木聚糖酶200g.t-1(Ⅲ)、负对照+植酸酶60g.t-1+木聚糖酶350g.t-1(Ⅳ)和负对照+植酸酶60g.t-1+木聚糖酶500g.t-1(Ⅴ)5个试验处理,研究2种酶合用对蛋鸡生产性能及胫骨矿质化的影响.结果表明:与Ⅱ组相比,添加植酸酶与木聚糖酶后使Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组入舍母鸡产蛋率、入舍母鸡产蛋质量和胫骨灰分含量等指标显著提高(P0.05),死淘率和破汤蛋率显著降低(P0.05),耗料量呈下降趋势;各组蛋质量、蛋形指数、哈氏单位、蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、单位面积蛋壳质量及蛋壳率等指标都在正常范围;50周龄时Ⅲ组蛋壳强度显著低于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅳ组蛋壳率显著低于Ⅰ组(P0.05),Ⅰ、Ⅱ组蛋壳厚度显示有高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ的趋势.

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of xylanase and phytase on performance and tibia mineralization of layers.A total of 840 28-week-old 'Loman' brown layers were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups with 8 replicates per group and 21 layers per replicate by single factor nested design.Five treatments,positive control(Ⅰ),negative control(Ⅱ),negative + phytase 60 g·t-1 + xylanase 200 g·t-1(Ⅲ),negative control+ phytase 60 g·t-1 + xylanase 350 g·t-1(Ⅳ) and negative control + phytase 60 g·t-1 + xylanse 500 g·t-1(Ⅴ) were carried out.The results revealed that when supplemented with xylanase and phytase,the hen housed egg production rate(%),hen housed egg production weight(kg) and tibia ash ration of Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ improved significantly (P<0.05) and mortality and broken and soft eggs decreased significantly compared with Ⅱ(P<0.05),feed intake was lower in treatment Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ than that of treatment Ⅱ.All indexes of egg quality were within a normal range.At 50-week-old,the eggshell strength of treatment Ⅲ was significantly lower than that of treatment Ⅰ(P<0.05),the eggshell rate of treatment Ⅳ was significantly lower than that of treatment Ⅰ(P<0.05).The eggshell thickness of treatment Ⅰand Ⅱ were both significantly higher than that of treatment Ⅲ,Ⅳ and Ⅴ.
