鸡蛋增锌研究

将７３周龄产蛋鸡，按５０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、１１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、１７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、２３０ｍｇ／ｋｇ和２９０ｍｇ／ｋｇ锌水平将锌剂ＭＺ加于鸡配合饲料中作鸡蛋增锌试验。试验结果表明鸡蛋增锌效果极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。对照组、试验组蛋黄含锌量分别为３９．６３μｇ／ｇ、６９．２１～８５．４２μｇ／ｇ，试验组提高６２．０％～１１５．５％，以加锌１７０ｍｇ／ｋｇ组蛋黄增锌最高；加锌剂ＭＺ还显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）提高了产蛋率和饲料利用率，试验组比对照组产蛋率提高６．７％～３５．５％，料蛋比降低２９．５％～３０．０％。

Study on Increased zinc Eggs of Hens

commercial ISA brown layer hens in 73 weeks were divided in to 6 groups randomly, one as control group, and the others as the experiment ones. The increased zinc experiment was carried out by adding the zinc agent MZ, according to 50, 110, 170, 230 and 290 mg/kg, to the basel diet. At the end of each stage, the yolk zinc contents were measured. The result showed that the effect of increased zinc experiment was significant (p<0.01). The yolk zinc content for the control group was 39.63; that fork experiment groups were among 69.21 to 85.42μg /g, increased between 62.0 % and 115.5 %, and the highest group of zinc increased in yolk was that by adding 170 mg/kg to the basal diet. Meanwhile adding zinc agent MZ increased the laying rate and feed efficiency.
