| Abstract: | This paper briefly introduced four major types of DNA molecular markers,and summarized the present situations of molecular markers in relevant study and application in maize breeding in past years,such as the construction of genetic spectrum and gene locating,analysis of genetic diversity,the detection of the hybred purity and its authenticity,predication of heterosis,and selection breeding assisted by molecular markers. |
