| 摘 要： | 为评价国产硫酸粘杆菌素的安全性,进行了急性毒性试验、小鼠骨髓细胞的微核试验及精子畸形试验。结果显示,国产硫酸粘杆菌素径口测定的LD50为711.45 mg/kg,属于低毒类化合物;而小鼠骨髓微核及精子畸形试验结果均为阴性,表明其不具致突变作用。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluating the safty of sulfate colistin, acute toxicity test (determining LD50 by improved Karber method), bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test were carried out with mice. The results showed that the LD50 of sulfate colistin was 711.54 mg/kg, and the results of bone marrow micronucleus test and sperm abnormality test examined by t-test were negative, which indicates sulfate colistin is non-genotoxic. |
