摘    要:对甘肃省目前推广的红豆草健康植株及感病植株茎叶的可溶性糖、纤维素、蛋白质、叶绿素、氨基酸进行了分析.结果表明,感病组织中纤维素、叶绿素、氨基酸含量降低,而可溶性糖和蛋白质含量明显升高.测定红豆草茎叶中各种营养成分含量可为鉴定其产品的品质,进一步开展高营养元素的品质鉴定奠定基础,也为牧草的品种选育及合理利用提供依据.

Abstract:The dissolubility sugar,cellulose,protein,chlorophyll and amino acids of stems and leaves in healthy and diseased plants of Onobrychic viciaefolia were tested and analyzed.The result showed that the cellulose,chlorophyll,amino acids of disease organizes were lower than that of health plant,while the dissolubility sugar and protein were higher obviously.Such measurement of nourishment composition quality could lay the foundation of further quality identification of the high nourishment of the forage,and also provide information for cultivar breeding and reasonable utilization.
