| 摘 要： | 为探讨烤烟品质的生理调控措施,于2007年在甘肃省庆阳市正宁县进行了大田试验,研究了打顶及打顶后涂抹α-萘乙酸(NAA)、激动素(KT)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)3种外源激素对烟叶钾素和烟碱含量的影响.结果表明:打顶显著降低了烟叶钾含量,下降幅度为7.78%~20.1%,以上部叶最为显著;打顶显著提高了烟叶烟碱含量,增幅为33.5%~34.3%.打顶后涂抹3种外源激素均能显著提高烟叶钾含量,其中以KT效果最佳,上、中、下部叶分别增加了57.42%、26.62%和40.26%;打顶后涂抹3种外源激素均能显著降低烟叶烟碱含量,改善烤烟品质,其中烟碱含量以KT降幅最大,NAA次之,IAA最小,改善烤烟品质,以KT的效果最佳. |
