几种杀菌剂对甜瓜蔓枯病的室内毒力测定

采用抑菌圈法和生长速率法测定了粉锈宁、百菌清、硫磺胶悬剂３种杀菌剂对甜瓜蔓枯病菌的毒力。抑菌圈法测定结果表明：３种杀菌剂在２００ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１，７２ ｈ对甜瓜蔓枯病菌的抑菌率分别为４３．８９％，３２．６７％和２８．２２％，生长速率法测定结果显示：有效中量ＥＤ５０值分别为５．３０７８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、５．２３７６ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１、５９．７２０８ｍｇ·ｋｇ－１。两种方法均表现出粉锈宁对供试菌的毒力最高。

The detected toxicity of several fungicides to Mycophaerella citrullina

By means of the inhibiton zone and mycelium growth rate methods, the toxicity of triadimefon, chlorthalonil and suphur for Mycophateralla citrullina were tested. The detection results of the inhibition zone showed that the inhibition rate of three fungicide to Mycophateralla citrullia under 200mg/kg concetration were 93.31 %, 66.41 % and 64.04 % in 72 h respectively. The test results of mycelium growth rate indicated that the effective median dos (ED50) of three fungicide against Mycophateralla citrullina were 5.307 8 mg/kg, 5.2376 mg/kg, 59.720 8 mg/kg in 72h respectively. Both method showed that the toxicity of triadinefon to fungus tested was highest.
