几种杀菌剂对甜瓜蔓枯病的室内毒力测定

摘    要:采用抑菌圈法和生长速率法测定了粉锈宁、百菌清、硫磺胶悬剂3种杀菌剂对甜瓜蔓枯病菌的毒力。抑菌圈法测定结果表明:3种杀菌剂在200mg·kg-1,72 h对甜瓜蔓枯病菌的抑菌率分别为43.89%,32.67%和28.22%,生长速率法测定结果显示:有效中量ED50值分别为5.3078mg·kg-1、5.2376mg·kg-1、59.7208mg·kg-1。两种方法均表现出粉锈宁对供试菌的毒力最高。

Abstract:By means of the inhibiton zone and mycelium growth rate methods, the toxicity of triadimefon, chlorthalonil and suphur for Mycophateralla citrullina were tested. The detection results of the inhibition zone showed that the inhibition rate of three fungicide to Mycophateralla citrullia under 200mg/kg concetration were 93.31 %, 66.41 % and 64.04 % in 72 h respectively. The test results of mycelium growth rate indicated that the effective median dos (ED50) of three fungicide against Mycophateralla citrullina were 5.307 8 mg/kg, 5.2376 mg/kg, 59.720 8 mg/kg in 72h respectively. Both method showed that the toxicity of triadinefon to fungus tested was highest.
